Shipping is free on orders delivered to UK mainland.
International shipping is available for Europe and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

All orders will be acknowledged by email confirmation, and you will receive tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking details via email, please check spam and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Return & Exchange Policy
We are unable to offer returns of exchanges unless there is a defect or the product arrives damaged.
If the product has a defect or arrives damaged, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to notify us of the issue. Please contact email@example.com for details on how to return the item. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and you will be asked to take photos of the damage. You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging.
